GIULIO CAPPELLINI, ART DIRECTOR
The attention to style, the strong and elegant mark, the rigorous yet open selection, the coordinated graphics, the cultural edge, the constant focus on quality are the distinctive traits which turned the

CITY LANDSCAPE
The entrance to Superstudio Più's main pavilion immediately leads visitors to a different atmosphere. An urban landscape between art and design creates an unexpected panorama: along the "road" stand the graphic skyscrapers, created by
Flavio Lucchini and produced by
Jannelli&Volpi with WallPaperonDemand technique. On the opposite side, the super famous
Arco lamps, exceptionally produced by
Flos, rise like giants, while a series of videos intrigue the audience with a very relevant interview by the great
Achille Castiglioni, who created them. Nearby, the big alveolar paper snake by
Molo develops as a seating place, where visitors can rest.

ART SHOPPER SUPERSTUDIO
The graphic and pictorial variations on the Superstudio name, created by
Flavio Lucchini for the 2009 Temporary Museum, have become beautiful shopping bags to collect. The 9 subjects for the 81 two-faced and different combinations allow to choose one's favorite shopper. Produced by
DxG Giustacchini Packaging, a company specialized in creative and unusual shoppers.

LIGHT SKYSCRAPERS
On the indoor "square", working as a junction between the main "road" of the Temporary Museum and the other “streets†leading to the different exhibition areas, inside and outside, up and down, another lighting installation captures the attention. It is the “Fiber Evolution†by
Marc Sadler for
Foscarini, three skyscrapers made by overlapping white glass fabric and black carbon fiber.

JEAN NOUVEL: INTERIOR ARCHITECTURE
For the first time at the Fuori Salone, on stage in our Central Point of Superstudio Più, the famous French architect offers a fascinating and innovative solution, designed for Methis and devoted to the office world. He explains: "Hook is a wall which becomes an uninterrupted wall, with infinite potentials, where you can hook several accessories: a bearing of elements creating diversity." The concept? "A metal architecture, as a quote by Jean Prouvé, an idea created to capture light, to infuse life to the places hosting it." Milan welcomes with great interest this internationally renowned leading architect: what does our city have to do in order to maintain its leadership as design capital? Jean Nouvel answers briefly: “More than ever it must remain at the essential.” (Photo Gaston Bergeret)
