GOLOSARIA, EXCELLENCE OF TASTE
The myth of good Italian taste is the subject of the eighth edition of GOLOSARIA, prestigious exhibition of culture and taste, conceived by Paolo Massobrio e Marco Gatti.
Three days summoning thousands of both amateurs and operators (producers- restaurateurs -wine bars and shops) from all over Italy, but also international buyers, in the name of Italian taste, expressed in its trendiest features: identity, creativity, well-being, traceability and community.
An event where the best italian handcraft producers, are placed in the limelight, selected from the book Il Golosario.
Food, wine, roundtables, laboratories, show cooking and a lot of flavors and events.
