ROYAL HIGHNESS AT SUPERSTUDIO

Sincerely interested, informal, kind and smiley: in this way the
Prince Andrew, Duke of York appear to the audience of the
Temporary Museum for New Design during the Design Week, visiting Milan on the occasion of the Salone del Mobile. Prefering the exhibitions of the Fuori Salone to Rho edition, Prince Andrew visited two exceptional locations in zona Tortona the Design Week Village belonging to the Gruppo Charme and our
Superstudio Più. Attended by
Gisella Borioli his Royal Highness visited the galleries, dwelling especially on the english designers present at the Superstudio, such as
Tom Dixon.
Inside
Flos pavilion
Pietro Gandini introduced him to the wonderful and new lighting soft-architecture and to the surprising proposals of the young designer
Paul Cockedge, who created a magic luminous vase that lights up when flowers are immersed in the water and off when they wither.
After a visit that was longer than expected, Prince Andrew took his leave with an informal handshake and visibly content.
