NEL BLU DIPINTO DI BLU
Paola Navone, with her visionary creativity, has arrived and occupied the first hall of the Temporary Museum. "The inspiration of the BLU installation comes from the desire of displaying the magic of glass in the shade which most pertains to me. Every project is the result of an encounter. This walk between light and matter comes from an encounter with Murano's oldest glass shop," explains the designer. The visit begins by diving into the wonderful - dismantled, interpreted, tainted, recreated - world of
Barovier&Toso, always worked on the blue motif, the designer’s fetish-color. Elements of glass chandeliers, African gris-gris, bricolage, wood floor boards, new luminous bodies follow each other in an emotional labyrinth. Finishing with the first toy table lamp, created in 1927 for Angelo Barovier by his own father.
