MIDDAY OF TANGO, MIDDAY OF YOGA
The TAO Association, already organizer of Yoga Festival, offers a new way of living the lunch break in the beautiful Dance hall in Superstudio. Instead of sitting and eat a quick meal, maybe talking again about job with colleagues, here are two unusual appointments to relax your body and spirit including the possibility of a lunch box:
MIDDAY OF TANGO - every Tuesday from 13 to 14, a basic tango lesson with Luca Giadima. First meeting FREE, Tuesday May 15.
MIDDAY OF YOGA - every Thursday from 13 to 14 a Yoga Anusara lesson with Mark Coventry and his team. First appointment FREE, Thursday May 17.
