YOGAFESTIVAL - ESCAPE IN ALL POSSIBLE SENSES

"Yoga helps to improve the quality of life". This is the claim that accompanies the fourth edition of Yoga|Festival in Rome, according to Giulia Borioli's words, creator of YogaFestival, born in 2006 at Superstudio, which, thanks to its successes, has been enriched over time with the editions of Rome and, this year, of Merano.
As the title suggests, the festival aims to broaden horizons and explore the world of yoga and oriental practices "in every sense": the three day of the festival are full of free classes, seminars, presentations, massages, areas dedicated to Ayurveda and special meetings called "Yoga Primi Passi" (Yoga first steps) aimed at newcomers of this discipline.
The program encompasses several disciplines: music, dance, cuisine, laboratories, sports, without neglecting the social.  YogaFestival is indeed a promoter, with the institutional support of Paolo Masini, city councilman of Rome, and with the aid of UISP Rome (Sports Italian Union), of the initiative "Evadere Dentro", a program for the prisoners of Rebibbia jail, an event which gained adherence beyond expectations.
