WHITE SHINES IN THE TORTONA FASHION DISTRICT

Woman fashion week is back and Tortona (fashion) district brightens up with WHITE. In Superstudio's Più historical location and other venues in the area, the contemporary fashion fair starts, mixing up trends, experimentation, hand-made excellences, research and awareness of the largest markets.
Numbers are impressive: 500 exhibitors (34% international) and 20000 expected visitors. 186 new entries will make their debut in this edition and, among them, Sapopa stands out: an Italian brand introducing the active style in everydays women' s wear.

Once again for this edition, Superstudio's Basement hosts the best of international research, whereas  young producers are part of Inside, area dedicated to fashion projects in a start up phase. Two special events make this edition of White even more amazing. "All You Need Is White" exhibition by Flavio Lucchini continues in MyOwnGallery, where the artist explores  the theme of white between art and fashion,
The "Third Paradise" installation by Pistoletto, on the Roof,, is the location of a dialogue between Denise Bonapace and Benedetta Barzini on the TOPIC of the relation between Project and Fashion, followed by a workshop, also  by the artist-stylist Bonapace WHERE  old discard clothes find new using purposes (26th September).
