"ART-BAZAR": FLAVIO LUCCHINI EXHIBITION AT SUPERSTUDIO
Until December 21st, MyOwnGallery at Superstudio hosts the great exhibition ART-BAZAR, a new piece that joins the program of events dedicated to the 90th birthday of Flavio Lucchini, fashion guru, art director of the biggest magazines (from Amica to Vogue Italia and L'Uomo Vogue, from Lei/Glamour to Donna, Moda and many others), artist and founder of Superstudio.
ART-BAZAR shows over 90 works by Lucchini, including classics and unpublished works from the impressive archive of the artist. Linked to the exhibition is the Autistico-Artistico charity project, by Flavio Lucchini and Gisella Borioli, in collaboration with the Associazione Quartieri Tranquilli, to bring children "special needs" closer to art. Lucchini's exhibited works and publications will be sold at a special price and in a silent auction with donation, whose proceeds will be allocated to the project.
The exhibition is open to the public from Monday to Friday from 10 am to 1 pm and from 2 pm to 6 pm, Saturday and Sunday by appointment. The artist's Undergallery archive can also be visited by appointment.
Special opening at BookCity Milano:
Friday 16, Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 November (from 1 pm to 6.30 pm), with a daily screening at 4 pm of the movie LA MODA IN ALTRO MODO (directed by Giovanni Gastel and contribution by Oliviero Toscani), the video-story, with images and testimonies of the golden years of Italian fashion, of the autobiography IL DESTINO - dovevo fare il contadino ma ho incontrato la moda (e non sono un contadino), presented in the evening of honor "Ricomincio da 90" at La Triennale di Milano.
